  • You start by filling out the onboarding form with your personal information and your service required. After submission, you will receive an invitation for a 15-minute introductory call to discuss your needs.

  • Attend a 90-minute comprehensive onboarding session to evaluate your situation. This includes assessing symptoms, discussing goals, considering potential diagnoses, and creating a treatment roadmap based on your lifestyle and preferences. This comprehensive session allows for identification of the appropriate tests.

  • The practitioner orders a genomic test kit from a genomic company. You pay for the kit, which costs between $450 and $1,800 depending on the panel, and it is mailed to you. Use the self-test kit to provide a saliva sample and return it via prepaid postage.

  • The genomic testing company processes your sample, taking 6 to 8 weeks. The results are sent to the practitioner, who reviews them before the next session.

  • Meet with the practitioner for a 1-hour session to go over the genomic test results. Together, you will develop a treatment plan based on the findings.

  • You can choose to continue with the practitioner through the Wholeness Wellbeing package for ongoing care.

Payments

  • Onboarding session is billed at $325 for the 90-minute evaluation and paid to the practitioner.

  • Review of genomic results and $425 for the 90-minute results review, totalling $750 for these appointments.
